United Way of Greater Fall River is pleased to announce 2022-2023 Impact Grants.

United Way of Greater Fall River (UWGFR) will begin accepting applications for up to $10,000 in program support for the FY23 Impact Grant cycle. All programs must demonstrate deep impact on individuals and families in UWGFR’s service area: Fall River, Westport, Assonet, Somerset, Swansea, Tiverton, and Little Compton.  Impact Grants must align with United Way of Greater Fall River’s pillars of focus: Health, Education, Financial Stability & Basic Needs.  Special consideration will be given to programs that help build capacity, target underserved populations and BIPOC individuals, and promote racial equity.  Agencies should consider the UWGFR and United Way Worldwide Impact Goals and Racial Equity Strategies in their program submission. 

All agencies must complete the Agency Application and the Program Narrative, found below.

April 1, 2022 Impact Grant application portal opens
May 1, 2022 Application portal closes at 5:00pm
May 2- May 15, 2022 Volunteer committee reviews applications
May 20, 2022 Impact Grant results announced
July 1, 2022 Impact Grant Funding Begins
