I, the undersigned, understand that United Way of Greater Fall River, Inc. has taken every precaution to assure the safety of the participants in the United We Move Trail Preview in Fall River, MA. I am voluntarily entering this event and declare that I am adequately physically prepared to engage in the event. I understand that participating in a walk/run/ride event is inherently dangerous. Therefore, I will not hold United Way of Greater Fall River, its volunteers or staff, my place of employment or any employees of my place of employment, participating agencies or organizations, the City of Fall River, or any other sponsors associated with the event, responsible for any injuries incurred during this event. I also relinquish said parties from any liability for any physical or property damage, whether owned by myself or others, which may occur during this event. AUTHORIZATION FOR PHOTO RELEASE I hereby authorize United Way of Greater Fall River, hereafter referred to as “Company,” to publish photographs taken of me for use in the United Way of Greater Fall River’s print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company publications. I hereby release and hold harmless United Way of Greater Fall River from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above. I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever. I hereby release United Way of Greater Fall River, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
